Easy Street Physio offers a bespoke service that’s tailored to your needs, whether you’re attending our group Pilates classes or individual sessions. Our Pilates is run by qualified APPI Physiotherapists and musculoskeletal practitioners who know the body, how it works and what it needs.
Our classes are kept small and Friendly; it’s what enables the sessions to be specific to your individual needs and sets us apart from the larger group choreographed classes.
Our Matwork classes are planned out in four week blocks to keep the classes interesting and progressive. We utilise different equipment such as ova balls, resistance bands, foam rollers and weights to ensure you get the most out of each session.
Matwork Pilates is beneficial for pretty much everyone, whether you are an athlete aiming to stay injury free or just want a low impact workout.
All equipment is provided and all levels catered for so all you need to do is book on, turn up but most importantly enjoy the class.
The Reformer probably doesnt need much introduction, but we will explain why Easy ST should be your choice.
Easy Street Pilates Reformer brings a new repertoire of exercises, working the entire body and focusing on the peripheral muscles of your limbs.
Performed using a Pilates Reformer Machine, this tool adds more versatility and resistance by increasing the intensity and dynamic movement to Pilates exercises.
Like our Matwork Pilates all of our Reformer sessions are Physio-led so you know you are in good hands.

What do I wear?
We recommend wearing gym gear, or clothing that you can move in easily. Runway Pilates requires grip socks to be worn in class – these can be purchased at the studio. Long hair should be tied up for safety.
What do I bring?
Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated and your grip socks (if you have them). Everything else is provided.
What To Say?
Your Instructor will be a qualified physiotherapist and will ask whether you have any injuries before starting. Please let them know so they can modify any exercises.
